At Vitamart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
